Great experience and good service

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new commuter car and Daniel was our salesman. Daniel was amazing! He is polite, courteous, caring, and very knowledgeable with his inventory. He answered every question we threw at him. We initially were looking at the UX 250h but quickly realized that it was just too small for my burly husband so he quickly offered a car solution that provided more room and with the same fuel economy. We LOVED it and bought it and couldn't be more happy! They have a tech guy that helps you connect your phone for CarPlay and goes through the vehicle's technology, that was a huge help! Thank you Pohanka Lexus and a huge thank you to Daniel!

Took my car on last Saturday afternoon for routine maintenance. Everyone is very helpful and professional. I have not had any issues. I highly recommend this place for your car service

First and foremost, I don't have a Lexus (my wife does). I needed an inspection and emissions on a Sunday (bought an out of state truck the day before). They were super helpful and accommodating. 5/5 across the board.

I worked with Dean to buy a 2020 Lexus UX 250h. He is low-pressure and does his best to get you what you want at a reasonable price (and he's a nice guy). The process was quicker and smoother than it is at a lot of dealerships. My son has had great experiences with their service department, so that's an additional positive point for buying here. I went home with the car that I wanted.
